1.  Snatch: 80 %*2*1; 85*1*1; 90*1*1; 92,5-95 %*4*1 rep
2.  Clean & jerk: 80-85 %*2*1; 92,5-95 %*4*1 rep
(Snatch & C&J - the interval between the sets were 1-2 minutes as in the competitions.)
3.  Squat: 80 %*1*5; 100 %*6*3 reps (% from Clean)
