Power clean from blocks.

This exercise is suitable for athletes with an experience of weightlifting for 3-5 months. Why? The bar is on the blocks! The body must be prepared for the explosion. And the athlete must already understand the movement of the bar. When the athlete does this exercise with hang clean, the body is already under load. This is a great difference of these exercises!
